Who is responsible
R.C. Leffke & Associates, Inc. d/b/a Agent Ready (“Agent Ready,” “we,” “us”) operates this site. Contact for privacy questions or requests: rick@leffke.com.
What we collect
- Browsing the free site: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps) kept for security and operations. If enabled, privacy-friendly analytics (Umami; no advertising cookies) record aggregate page views.
- Pro subscribers: when you subscribe, Stripe/Link collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We never receive or store your full card number. We receive from Stripe a customer ID, your email, subscription status and payment/refund status.
- Access cookie: after checkout or restore we set a signed, HttpOnly cookie (
ar_pro) containing your Stripe customer ID and an expiry so we can verify your Pro access. It is strictly necessary for the paid service. - Email you send us (support, refunds, sponsorship).
- Newsletter: if you sign up for the weekly newsletter we store your email address, signup time and page, subscription status, and a hashed (not raw) IP address used for abuse prevention and consent records. We email you only after you confirm your address (double opt-in), only about Agent Ready rankings, releases and the Pro plan, and every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops further newsletter emails. We will share your address only with the email-delivery provider we use to send the newsletter.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, verify subscriptions, handle billing support and refunds, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We don't sell your personal information and don't use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe and Link — payment processing; with Managed Payments, Stripe/Link is merchant of record and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy; link.com/privacy).
- Hosting / network providers (e.g., Cloudflare) that carry traffic to this site.
- Analytics provider (Umami Cloud), if enabled.
- Authorities, when legally required.
Retention
Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and afterwards as needed for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security.
Your choices & rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing rick@leffke.com. Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK, California, Texas), you may have additional rights; we will honor them as required by law. Stripe/Link handles deletion of payment data it controls; deletion may cancel active subscriptions.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we don't knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We'll post updates here with a new date.
