Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Agent Ready Rankings (the “Service”) is operated by R.C. Leffke & Associates, Inc. d/b/a Agent Ready (“Agent Ready,” “we,” “us”), a Texas corporation. Contact: rick@leffke.com.
2. The Service
Agent Ready publishes editorial rankings of AI tools. The free tier includes public rankings, overall scores and short descriptions. Agent Ready Pro (“Pro”) adds full rubric component breakdowns and early-access release detail. Rankings are opinions and comparative guidance only — not endorsements, guarantees, or professional advice. Verify details with each vendor before relying on them. Sponsored placements are labeled and do not change organic rankings.
3. Pro subscription, billing & auto-renewal
- Pro is a subscription billed at $10 USD per month (plus any applicable tax shown at checkout), charged at the start of each billing period.
- Your subscription renews automatically every month at the then-current price until you cancel. We will give advance notice of any price change; it applies from your next renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Pro subscriptions are sold using Stripe Managed Payments, under which Stripe, through its Link service, acts as the reseller and merchant of record for the transaction: your purchase is “Sold through Link,” Link/Stripe calculates, collects and remits applicable sales tax, VAT or GST, sends your receipts and invoices, and your card statement will show
LINK.COM*followed by our descriptor. Link's and Stripe's own terms and privacy policy also apply to the payment. - You can cancel anytime via Manage subscription (Stripe customer portal) on the pricing page, from your Link account, or by emailing rick@leffke.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep Pro access until then.
- If a renewal payment fails, Pro access may be suspended until payment succeeds.

4. Your account and access key
After checkout you receive an access key that restores Pro on other browsers. Keep it private; it is for your personal use. Do not share, resell or publish Pro content or access keys. We may revoke access that is shared or abused.
5. Acceptable use
Don't scrape Pro content in bulk, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the Service, or use it unlawfully. Limited quotation of rankings with attribution to Agent Ready is welcome.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its rankings, scores, write-ups and design are owned by R.C. Leffke & Associates, Inc.. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners; listing a product does not imply affiliation. Outbound links may be affiliate links.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, R.C. LEFFKE & ASSOCIATES, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PRO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. We may suspend or end access for violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel Pro at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any non-waivable rights you have where you live, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
